Associação de Comércio Exterior do Brasil - AEB, attentive to the efforts of the Judiciary Power in the search for social pacification of judicial controversies and looking to highlight private demands in the area of Brazilian foreign trade, aligns itself with the National Council of Justice to minimize judicial confrontations, as well as reducing the financial, temporal and emotional costs that these brings for the parties involved in the conflicts.

The AEB Conflict Mediation Chamber is thus created, specialized in the resolution of extrajudicial and judicial disputes in the area of foreign trade, with its headquarters organized within the association and with a technical body of Specialized Mediators in the area of Brazilian foreign trade.

The AEB Conflict Mediation Chamber has the specific purpose of advising associates, and also non-associates, in the search for solutions to disputes, through self-composed methods, as provided by Brazilian legislation, in addition to the responsibility for managing courses of training in mediation for professionals in the area of foreign trade, improvement of knowledge in foreign trade for already trained mediators and mediation in foreign trade for professionals from other areas.
